What are you worried about? Do you need clothes or food or a roof over your head? I own the cattle on a thousand hills. Are you worried about your marriage, your career, your children? I am compassionate toward all I have made. Are you anxious because you don’t have today what you need for tomorrow? I open my hand to satisfy the desires of every living thing. Are you sick or sorrowful? For you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings. Are you lonely or fearful? I am with you always, to the very end of the age. These are the promises of our great and faithful King. Pray for the grace today to seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you as well.
Promises in Scripture
Matthew 6:28-33
“So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
1 Corinthians 6:9-11

And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.
