God is always present everywhere at the same time.

The Bible asserts that GOD exists everywhere simultaneously. There is no place in the universe where GOD is absent. GOD's presence fills the heavens and the earth.

King David acknowledged this when he wrote:

7 Where could I go from Your Spirit,
Or flee from Your face?
8 If I should ascend into heaven, You would be there;
If I should descend into Hades, You would be there;
9 If I should take up my wings at dawn
And pitch camp at the furthest part of the sea,
10 Even there Your hand would lead me,
And Your right hand would hold me.
11 And I said, “Perhaps darkness shall cover me,”
But the night shall be light to my delight;
12 For darkness shall not be dark because of You,
And the night shall be bright as day;
As its darkness, so also shall be its light.
(Psalm 138 [139]:7-12 OSB)

GOD told the prophet Jeremiah:

23 “I am a God who is near,” says the Lord, “and not a God afar off. 24 Can a man hide in secret, and I not see him? Do I not fill heaven and earth?” says the Lord.
(Jeremiah 23:23-24 OSB)

The prophet Habakkuk wrote:

3 ... [GOD's] excellence covered the heavens,
And the earth was full of His praise.
(Habakkuk 3:3b OSB)

GOD is always present no matter where we (or anyone else) may go. No one can travel so far as to outstrip GOD's reach.
