Devotional

Psalm 111

Great are the works of the LORD. Glorious and majestic are His deeds. His righteousness endures forever. He has caused His wonders to be remembered. GOD is gracious and compassionate. He provides food for those who fear Him and remembers His covenant forever. He has shown His people the power of His works. The works of His hands are faithful and just, and all His precepts are trustworthy. They are steadfast forever. He provided redemption for His people. He ordained His covenant forever. Holy and awesome is His name!

Psalm 130

With GOD there is forgiveness and therefore He is feared. With the LORD is unfailing love and redemption. GOD will redeem His people from sin.

Psalm 141

GOD is sovereign, which means that He possesses supreme power.

Psalm 146

Blessed is he whose help is in the GOD of Jacob and not in men. GOD is the maker of heaven and earth, the sea and all that is in them. He is the Great I AM, who remains faithful forever. He upholds the cause of the oppressed, gives food to the hungry, sets prisoners free, gives sight to the blind, lifts up those who are bowed down, loves the righteous, watches over the alien, and sustains the fatherless and the widow. But GOD frustrates the ways of the wicked. The LORD reigns forever.
